General Notes
Collectors Notes
Published after Fleming’s death this collection of short stories was a slow seller, only one edition was published so all copies are 1st editions. Together with The Man With The Golden Gun it is the easiest (and cheapest) to find in fine condition.
The book has a printed price of 10s6d to the front flap however many were re-priced to higher values over the years via stickers. Copies with the original 10s 6d are preferred, many copies are found with damage to the price area (or price clipped) where enthusiastic collectors have attempted unsuccessfully to remove pricing labels.
