General Notes
The proof dust jacket has several differences to the published first edition. The most obvious is that the titles on the spine were dropped for the published edition. The blurb on the front flap of the proof copy was dropped in favour of a repeat of the title. As is normal the proof jacket lacks the clipped corners.
